MASTER BUILDER REPORTS AVAILABLE NOW
Below are custom reports for Sage Master Builder that you can download today, or have us customize for your company. And unlike most other custom reports for Master Builder you may have seen, ours automatically pull in your SMB data, with no pre-processing or cutting and pasting required, and they do not require the use of one of your Master Builder licenses/seats!
Attention: All of these reports will continue to work perfectly with the upcoming update to version 14 of Master Builder, no changes will be necessary.

This is a combined sales tax report for both contract receivables and service receivables. This information is
available in Sage Master Builder as two different reports that have to be run separately. $150

This report shows original budget, change orders, revised budget and actual for hours only. It can be run
by job and can also be subtotaled by phase. $200

An accounts receivable based job billing summary report similar to the one found in Sage Master Builder.
The report in Master Builder only works if you are using Progress Billing by cost code. This report works
from the A/R billing at 3-2 (if you use cost codes) . If you use the T&M module to bill your jobs, please

A time and materials based job billing summary report similar to the one in Sage Master
Builder. The report in Master Builder only works if you are using Progress Billing by
cost code. This report works from the from the T&M billings module if you use that module
to bill your jobs. If you use the A/R billing at 3-2 (if you use cost codes), please

This report is similar to the Job Cost Summary - Long report in Sage Master Builder. It also subtotals the
report by all used cost types and it shows the committed costs as well. The report can subtotal by phase or

This report shows labor hours and dollars summarized by cost code. It includes
approved change orders for both hours and dollars. You can drill down on any cost

standard income statement found in QuickBooks. $300

In our rolling 12 month income statement, the month that you specify when you run
the report shows on the right hand side of the report and then the 11 prior months
appear to the left. A totals column calculates the result of all 12 months.
Since this report can look back up to 2 years, there is no drilldown. $300

This State Unemployment Tax (or State Unemployment Insurance) report breaks down
quarterly SUTA/SUI data by state and can be easily put into Excel for import into
your state's quarterly tax application. Depending upon how you've set up your data,
this report may need to be customized slightly to meet your needs: $250

This report shows ALL relevant information for a specific job including costs, loan
draws, budgets and committed costs. $300

This union report shows all employees that worked within a particular paygroup,
their hours and wages and then summarizes the paygroup calculations on the last
page. Depending upon your data setup, this report may need to be customized

This specialty report allows you to track unit progress by cost code on a job. It
looks at budgeted per unit cost and actual unit cost and provides a variance. The
price of this report includes a short tutorial from CBSNW on how to properly enter

Don't See What You Want?
Most of the reports CBSNW has written are highly specialized for the companies that requested them, and are not shown here. If you are looking for something that you don't see, please contact us. We may have already written something similar to what you want, or we could write a custom report for you from scratch.
Multiple Copies & Site Licenses
Currently, there is no additional charge to run most of the reports on this page on multiple computers within your company. (Excludes the Cost to Complete Report.) You will, however, need to have a copy of the viewer program (DataLink Viewer) on each computer that runs our reports. These cost $25 each and the first is included free with your order. Site licenses of the viewer program are also available, please contact CBSNW for more information.
Report Requirements
To run any of our reports, your computer will need to have network access to connect to your company's Master Builder data. You do not need to have Master Builder installed on each machine, you simply need to be able to connect somehow to your company directory. That means that you can buy our reports for any of your project managers, or others who do not have a Master Builder seat but do need to analyze data.
All of our reports have been tested using Windows XP, but users of other versions of Windows are not reporting any problems. Please let us know in advance if you are going to be using it on another operating system and we will send you a trial version for testing.
